Mangaroa Farms is a community food hub and education centre, 40 minutes north of Wellington.
For three and a half years I've lived and worked here, originally producing media, but expanding into media, brand comms, and technology systems. Standing on the solid brand foundations laid by friend & collaborator Graedon Parker, the job is to make regeneration legible, sharing lessons and progress from the farm to our wider community.
Since May 2026, I've taken the role of Marketing & Narrative lead, streamlining our digital operations with AI. In a given week that's filming a tree-planting day, photographing the market garden, writing the newsletter, and shipping the websites and automations that hold it all together. Story in the front, systems in the back.

The Butchery OS
The behind-the-scenes operating system for the Mangaroa Farms butchery, allowing the Farm Shop to make cut requests, the butchery to fulfil those, packaging, labelling and scanning each cut, then flowing through to e-commerce for delivery across the North Island.
